In June, StandWithUs Co-Founder and CEO Roz Rothstein traveled to Dallas and Houston, meeting with community leaders, supporters, students and partners. The visit highlighted the growth and opportunities throughout the region and underscores StandWithUs’ commitment to investing in local communities.
StandWithUs Central is proud to announce the expansion of its team with key new leadership positions, reflecting the organization’s expanding presence throughout Texas and the Southwest. These additions will strengthen StandWithUs’ ability to educate about Israel, combat antisemitism and empower the next generation of leaders at a time when the need has never been greater.
“The growth we are seeing throughout the Central region is inspiring,” said Rothstein. “We are expanding because communities are asking for more educational programming, more support for students, and more resources to address rising antisemitism. Josh, Noa and Dani represent the talented and passionate leaders who will help us meet that demand and deepen our impact for years to come.”
Leading this growth is Josh Arbital, who assumed the role of Central regional director in January. Josh began his StandWithUs journey as the Central campus regional manager and has played an instrumental role in expanding the organization’s reach throughout the region. In his new position, he oversees community engagement, educational programming and development initiatives designed to strengthen relationships and grow support for StandWithUs’ mission.
“I am honored to help lead StandWithUs’ continued growth across the Central region,” said Arbital. “Every day, we see students, educators and community members seeking meaningful ways to stand up to antisemitism and strengthen their connection to Israel. I look forward to expanding our programs and partnerships to meet that need.”
 Noa Buaron has joined StandWithUs as high school regional manager, Southwest. Born in Israel and raised in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, Noa recently graduated from the University of North Texas, where she became a Jewish student leader. Following the Oct. 7 attacks, she dedicated herself to strengthening Jewish life on campus and advocating for Israel. She served as a StandWithUs Emerson Fellow, president of UNT Chabad and vice president of programming for Hillel.
In her new role, Noa will mentor participants in the StandWithUs Kenneth Leventhal High School Internship, helping students bring educational and cultural programs to their schools, develop leadership skills and confidently respond to incidents of antisemitism.
“I am so excited to utilize the skills and knowledge I gained to help empower students to make a meaningful impact in their schools and communities,” said Buaron. “I look forward to helping the next generation address antisemitism, correct misinformation about Israel, and become strong, effective leaders.”
Another example of the StandWithUs leadership pipeline is Dani van Creveld, who has been named Central campus regional manager. Raised in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, Dani first became involved with StandWithUs as a freshman at Texas A&M University through the First-Year Leadership Internship (FLI). She later served as a StandWithUs Emerson Fellow and then as campus liaison for the Central region, mentoring younger student leaders and helping them navigate challenges on campus.
After joining the team part time in spring 2026 and graduating from Texas A&M, Dani now steps into a full-time leadership role. She will guide and mentor StandWithUs Emerson Fellows as they educate their peers about Israel, build campus communities and respond to antisemitism.
“StandWithUs transformed my college experience and gave me the confidence and tools to become an effective advocate,” said van Creveld. “I am excited to help students discover their own voices, build resilient communities, and make a lasting impact on their campuses.”
These appointments demonstrate StandWithUs’ commitment to developing talented young leaders and investing in communities that are eager for education, support and engagement. Thanks to the generosity of donors and supporters, StandWithUs continues to expand its reach and empower students and communities across the Central region.
