Keynote Speaker
Noa Cochva
Noa Cochva is a fierce defender of the state of Israel, both on the battlefields of Gaza and on social media. Born and raised in Bnei Atarot near Tel Aviv, she comes from a family deeply rooted in service to Israel. Her father served in the Israeli Air Force for 30 years, and her mother dedicated 16 years as a military psychologist—instilling in Noa values of strength, discipline, and unwavering commitment to her country and its people.
Early in life, Noa faced a serious hematological disease, an experience that strengthened her resilience and determination. Crowned Miss Israel in 2021, she later chose to step away from the spotlight to serve during the 2023 conflict, spending five months at the Gaza border and prioritizing saving lives above all else, regardless of background.

About:
Amy and Lou Weiss
Amy and Lou Weiss are lifelong Squirrel Hillers. Graduates of Taylor Allderdice High School, they worked after college at various jobs in retail and home furnishings. They know carpeting quite well.
Amy and Lou have been involved in Jewish life for over 40 years. Between them, they have led the Jewish Education Institute (Amy), theJewish Federation’s Young Adult Division (Lou), Riverview Senior Housing (Amy), AIPAC (Lou), Pro-Israel Rallies (Both), and several Israel Missions (Both). They maintain numerous synagogue memberships and sometimes even attend. Lou was also a fellow of the Wexner Heritage Foundation in the pre-Epstein era.
They have four gifted, beautiful, and strong daughters who, with their partners and children, continue the family culture of proud and active Zionism and love of Am Yisrael.
When they are not sorting their pills, they are glued to the JBS and i24 cable channels. They are also avid followers of CDS, viewers of CBS, and landlords of CVS (at Wilkins and Wightman).
With Lou at 70 and Amy close behind (they’ve been dating for 51 years), this lifetime achievement award comes just in time.
